We offer a comprehensive range of services from initial project development and collecting the required documentation to architectural supervision and construction. Architecture design includes all the necessary list of documentation required to get the approvals and permits to complete the project. Architectural supervision during the construction ensures total control over the entire process, thus eliminating any possible mistakes, and gives 100 percent confidence that you get a house or a buiding fully complying with the project. The company’s chief architect Vadim Gordienko has a higher technical education (degree of engineer at the Riga Technical University qualification: architect). Since 2009 he has been a certified architect (Latvian Association of Architects, license No. 10-1095), allowed to have a private practice in the field of urban planning, landscape design and engineering, reconstruction of buildings, development of detailed planning; as well as to carry out project expertise and maintain site supervision during construction. For more than 16 years, he has been a practicing architect, and also the chief project manager.
